Experiencia de teléfono horrible: en espera terminal, más de 30 minutos en 2 ocasiones y cuando bajé al número 1, el tiempo de espera fue de otros 10 minutos antes de frustrarme y colgar. Realmente creo que la música y los números enlatados son solo para frustrar a los ciudadanos para que cuelguen y nadie en esta oficina de la ciudad tenga que trabajar.
