StoryStudio Chicago is an average company. I took a writing class with them and although it was informative, I didn't find it to be anything exceptional. The instructor was knowledgeable and the materials provided were helpful, but overall, I wasn't overly impressed. The class lacked excitement and I felt like there could have been more engaging activities. I would recommend it for beginners who are just starting out, but for more experienced writers, there are better options available.

He realizado talleres en diferentes lugares de Chicago: Writer's Loft, StoryStudio y The Writer's Studio en la Universidad Graham de Chicago. Si bien disfruté mucho del Writer's Studio (NO era un fanático del Writer's Loft en absoluto), StoryStudio siempre ha sido mi favorito.

He tomado un puñado de clases en StoryStudio, que van de 4 a 8 semanas. Todos los instructores han sido expertos y serviciales, ofreciendo buenos comentarios y una sólida selección de lecturas para combinar con cada lección. Actualmente estoy tomando mi segunda clase en StoryStudio y me encanta. Es una desviación total del entorno tradicional del aula. Es casual y sin presiones. Todos los miembros del personal son amables y serviciales, y mi maestro Jack Helbig es genial (también he escuchado cosas maravillosas sobre los otros maestros). Desde abril de 2014, he tomado 4 clases aquí. Me encantaron todos y los instructores y el personal hacen todo lo posible para que se sienta bienvenido. ¡Me encanta!

Estoy tomando mi primera clase de escritura aquí y ¡me encanta! El instructor Steve siempre está preparado y es excelente para iniciar y dirigir debates en clase. Me siento inspirado a escribir después de cada clase.
