Al estar en la industria durante más de 30 años, siento que tengo un poco de ojo para las producciones bien elaboradas. Chad y el equipo de StoneKap tienen una combinación única de talentos que poner en práctica. Mi experiencia se limita a su excelente serie Flite Test en la web, pero con más de 300 episodios en línea ahora, no son solo un flash en la compañía de producción de pan. Los valores de producción de esta serie son muy altos, incluso con la mayor parte del contenido filmado en la mano (ok DSLR de montaje en hombro), es un rodaje limpio que no siempre es fácil de hacer en lugares cerrados con contenido que no está estrictamente escrito y tiene un montón de detalles y tomas de cortes.
El audio siempre está bien grabado, o si tiene problemas, son bastante buenos para limpiarlo. Las voces son claras y nítidas, y he visto pocos o ningún punto en el que tenga que rebobinar, incluso cuando dispara con viento, apenas pueden volar.
Para el aspecto del programa, filman una variedad de interiores, exteriores con viento y nieve, y rara vez veo una toma que realmente no esté a la altura. Estoy asombrado por el ingenio de su configuración, y aunque no gastan mucho dinero en equipos de producción, eso de ninguna manera significa que sus programas tienen un bajo presupuesto en apariencia. Si puede construir un panel de luz LED a partir de un núcleo de espuma y tiras de LED, ¿por qué dejaría caer un gran en uno de los paneles de luz?
La edición, es muy limpia, "sin efectos por el bien de los efectos", o toallitas de oveja que caen ... la continuidad es muy sólida, nunca te preguntas cómo llegaste a esta escena o paso, siempre es un viaje lineal muy agradable desde la apertura adelanto para cerrar tomas descartadas. Debo admitir que he agregado algunas técnicas y trucos para ver el programa con la mirada puesta en "por qué esa escena es tan fácil de entender, cuando ningún otro programa puede explicarla o ilustrarla sin estropearla".
StoneKap usa gráficos que están bien diseñados y no se usan en exceso, y esto mantiene al espectador enfocado en el mensaje y no en los gráficos. Branding and Look for Flite Test es limpio y consistente, y ha evolucionado desde los primeros episodios hasta su alto nivel actual.
En general, recomendaría StoneKap a cualquiera que necesite un pequeño equipo de producción estrechamente integrado para llevar su mensaje al objetivo de manera rápida y dentro del presupuesto, mientras mantiene un ojo serio en mantener un alto nivel de calidad de producción.

Sí, soy fanático de su programa, pero una de las principales razones por las que lo soy es que está muy bien producido y es un placer verlo. Se ha convertido en una de las pocas cosas que no puedo esperar a ver cada semana. Si fuera sólo otro programa de "Tengo un Go Pro y un iPhone y soy productor", dudo que duraría media docena de episodios. La calidad hace que los programas se puedan ver y volver a ver.
