¡Hola gente! Me gustaría advertirles sobre esta empresa. Esto se debe a que he experimentado algo que no puede atravesar el soporte. Hoy, un miembro del personal de Stipt-IT, Fritz, llegó sin previo aviso a nuestra empresa. Sacó el módem de Internet de la pared sin nuestro permiso. Esto también sin explicación. Estábamos ocupados con la declaración de aduanas. La persona en cuestión desconectó y se llevó el módem con él. Nos quedamos atrás con dos esperando en fila. La razón fue que nuestro contrato venció el 12 de diciembre. Desafortunadamente, no sabíamos nada sobre esto ... Sin embargo, creo que esto podría discutirse de manera decente. La cuestión es que no ha habido una operación amigable para el cliente y esto sin una buena razón. Creo que es realmente indignante que nos traten de esa manera. Después de 10 años de cooperación !!! También le mencioné todo esto al empleado, pero no tenía ningún mensaje al respecto. Pensó que deberíamos manejar esto con otra persona y esto no es asunto suyo. Nunca nos han tratado de una manera tan brutal. Es por eso que encuentro esto principalmente de mala educación y no profesional. ¡NO RECOMENDADO! ¡Absolutamente no lo hagas!
