Me decepcionó mucho la actitud y el servicio de la Dra. Nancy Todes-Taylor. Vi al Dr. Todes-Taylor por problemas de piel. Mi médico remitente escribió una carta de recomendación completa y el Dr. Todes-Taylor ni siquiera se molestó en leer mi carta de recomendación. Durante la consulta hice varias referencias a la carta de remisión y ella no tenía idea de lo que estaba hablando. Ella no me dio ningún plan de tratamiento ni ninguna sugerencia de cuál podría ser mi condición. Simplemente me pidió que la volviera a ver en una semana. Cuando le pregunté cuál era su plan cuando regresara en una semana, solo dijo 'Te veré de nuevo'. He estado en varios especialistas y otros dermatólogos, ella es la peor. Me hizo sentir que todo lo que quería era ganar dinero y que no le importaban en absoluto sus pacientes. Le hablé de una crema tópica que he estado usando durante 4 meses, no funcionó y he perdido la confianza en ella. Todo lo que dijo fue 'sigue usando la crema'. No puedo imaginarme un especialista más irresponsable. ¡No vayas con ella, es una pérdida de tiempo y dinero!
