Muy bien ubicado junto a la salida Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim de la autopista Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE). Estar al margen de Jurong Lake Gardens ofrece a los residentes vistas frescas de la vegetación. Accesible con muchas paradas de servicio de transporte público frente a Superbowl Jurong, Jurong Lake Gym y HDB Yung Ho Spring I.

Nuevo hogar de ancianos en Taman Jurong para atender a la población que envejece. Superbowl está al otro lado de la calle con un montón de opciones gastronómicas que incluyen restaurantes de comida rápida como McDonalds y KFC. Cerca de los jardines del lago Jurong también.
