¡El comprador tenga cuidado! Recientemente compré su máquina de espresso automática Astra GA021 Gourmet en Webstaurantstore.com el 02/09/2020.

El producto se envió directamente desde la empresa de fabricación en 127 Ambassador Dr. Suite # 147, Naperville, IL 60540.

La máquina llegó DOA (muerta a la llegada) 2 semanas después de que hicimos el pedido (18/09/2020)
-No salía agua caliente del grupo y parece que la bomba no funcionaba correctamente

Contacto con el soporte técnico de ASTRA para resolver los problemas. Después de 2-3 días de comunicación, el técnico envió a un técnico no calificado para reparar la máquina con resultados fallidos.

Después de un día, el técnico tomó la decisión de cambiar la máquina, lo cual fue perfecto.

Llegó la NUEVA (segunda) máquina 25/09/20

Al abrir la caja y desenvolver la máquina nueva, notamos que la llamada máquina nueva se usó o ensambló muy mal, ya que hay algunas abolladuras y raspaduras en la parte frontal y lateral de la máquina.

Le comuniqué esto al técnico a las 10:30 am ayer 29/9/20 y me prometieron que de hecho es una máquina nueva.

Lo miré de nuevo y no puedo aceptarlo como un equipo nuevo.
-El primero estaba envuelto en una película protectora gris, el segundo no
-No había huellas dactilares en la primera, la segunda tenía grasa y huellas dactilares por todas partes
-Ningún rayón en el primero, raspaduras y marcas de rayones en la parte frontal e inferior del equipo

Ahora es el 29/9/2020 y estoy muy descontento con ASTRA
-Falta de comunicación de Tech
-Poco control de calidad del equipo
-Engañar o mentir sobre el producto.

Para colmo, si queremos devolver la máquina usada o mal construida para un reembolso completo. ¿Mi restaurante tiene que pagar una tarifa de reposición del 35% y una tarifa de envío por un artículo usado? El producto nos fue vendido como nuevo y debería recibir una máquina nueva sin marcas ni rayones. ¡No estoy seguro de cómo esta empresa todavía está en el negocio y está creciendo con este tipo de servicio al cliente! Ahora, tenemos que luchar para recuperar nuestro dinero por un producto que ni siquiera funcionó en el primer lugar.
