Grande Village es un desastre. Cada año han tenido un nuevo DON y administrador. No hay continuidad en la gestión. La parte más triste es el personal de enfermería real, tanto las enfermeras con licencia como las STNA son excelentes. Es una gestión rotatoria y, a veces, las personas que no están calificadas para ocupar los puestos en los que se encuentran han destruido literalmente lo que debería haber sido GV. Hay un DON corporativo y un administrador reciente que reprendió al personal por cosas que afirmaron que no se hicieron, pero fue el DON corporativo y el administrador quienes no proporcionaron personal a las instalaciones ni reemplazaron las llamadas. Un viernes por la noche, en agosto pasado, todos los STNA cancelaron un viernes por la noche y el administrador lo sabía, pero no hizo ningún intento por reemplazar al personal. ¿Será necesario que ocurra una verdadera tragedia en GV, como la muerte de un paciente seguida de cargos penales para que Michael Sprenger se despierte, o simplemente no les importa a los Sprenger? Trabajé allí durante 10 años y nunca falté al trabajo, así que puedo decir con toda honestidad que parecía que los propietarios estaban muy lejos de todo lo que sucedía allí. Felizmente he seguido adelante y no volveré a trabajar en una situación como esa. Era peligroso para las enfermeras y sus licencias. Cuando tiene dos salas de pacientes y su administración lo carga con dos o tres admisiones durante su pase médico vespertino, ingresa TPN y diálisis peritoneal sin personal, cambia las políticas que han estado vigentes solo para su conveniencia o contrata al jefe superior quien no tiene boca ni conocimiento y experiencia, el lío simplemente fue y es más grande. Mi suegra incluso tuvo una estadía de atención especializada en 2016 y no podía creer el desastre que había allí. Solo un desastre progresivo que empeora cada año. Cuando el administrador se burla de una recepcionista anciana que trabaja allí porque se cayó y se lastimó en el pasillo, ¿qué dice eso sobre el servicio al cliente? Simplemente terrible.

Mi padre tuvo una gran experiencia en Mishawaka Location. ¡La terapia fue genial! ¡Vuelve a moverse y a ranuras!

Hay muy poco personal de enfermería, 1 persona para arreglar 3 edificios ... problemas eléctricos, las habitaciones no están listas, muy poca gente trabajando, se dispensa medicina siempre que hay alguien que lo haga. El letrero de contratación permanente era alarmante: los empleados se van por trabajos pagando menos. Existe un problema de gestión, ya que las ganancias gobiernan el día. Asegúrese de que puede estar en las instalaciones para supervisar a su ser querido aquí ... es hermoso, pero muy poca ayuda para ellos.
