No hay lugar para crecer. Si Splash puede conseguirle un (salario ridículamente inferior al mercado), allí se quedará. La estructura de la empresa no tiene crecimiento, no hay escaleras para subir. Simplemente siéntese y trabaje hasta morir hasta que esté agotado. La compensación está muy por debajo del valor de mercado para el puesto y no hay beneficios. No hay 401k, no hay seguro médico. Dicen que sí, pero los deducibles y las primas son tan altos que es más barato obtener un plan individual.

¿Por qué trabajar para una empresa que no puede retener el talento e inhibe el talento?
