Me enviaron paquetes antes de usar Southwest Express, pero nunca tuve que enviar nada antes de hoy, ¡fueron maravillosos! ¡Tuve que enviar un paquete urgente a un organizador de bodas para una boda más tarde ese mismo día!

"OB", uno de los propietarios es una de las personas más amables y serviciales de esta empresa con la que he mantenido correspondencia. OB ha sido constantemente paciente con todas mis órdenes de cambio, órdenes de última hora y nunca, nunca, me falló. Todos los socios son iguales; cortés y profesional en quien he vuelto a confiar una vez más para entregar mi negocio. Incluso los "conductores" son increíblemente educados, corteses y están dispuestos a hacer todo lo posible para garantizar que su trabajo se complete con precisión y a tiempo.
