Me encontré con una publicación de blog de estas personas, titulada Lo estás haciendo mal. Eso debería decirte todo lo que necesitas saber. Una empresa que ni siquiera puede comprender la gramática básica del inglés, probablemente no será buena en muchas otras cosas.

Ahorre su dinero y acuda a un optometrista real. Fui a un centro óptico de JC Penny y completé este proceso. Realmente estaba buscando renovar mi receta anterior que tenía, ya que funcionó perfectamente bien para mí durante los últimos 2 años. En su mayor parte, la primera receta que recibí de este lugar fue correcta. Coincidía con mis medidas de diámetro exterior, sistema operativo y eje de mi prescripción anterior. Sin embargo, he estado usando lentes bifocales / progresivos desde que tenía 9 años y necesita la medida ADD para esos lentes, que faltaba en la primera receta que obtuve de Smart Vision. Me comuniqué con el servicio de atención al cliente que dijo que notificaremos al centro óptico y al médico sobre esta medición de ADD y veremos si podemos incluirla en la primera receta. Cambiaron COMPLETAMENTE la segunda receta. La segunda receta que recibí fue un +2.00 para el SPH en mi ojo derecho e izquierdo. Todo lo demás fue borrado. Me comuniqué con ellos nuevamente y les expliqué que simplemente estaba buscando obtener la medida ADD para poder pedir mis anteojos. Nancy, representante de servicio al cliente, dijo que la medición es solo para personas mayores de 40 años, por lo tanto, el médico la quitó ... Tengo 23 años y, aunque soy joven, todavía no tengo una gran visión. Ni siquiera se molestó en responder. Fui a este lugar solo para probarlo y muchos optometristas están cerrados debido a la pandemia. Dudo que los médicos vean los resultados, ya que el segundo médico que prescribió la segunda receta estaba tan lejos de mi receta original que en realidad fue bastante impactante. Ahorre su dinero ... espere a ver a un oftalmólogo real.
