¡Uno de los peores servicios financieros / de atención al cliente con los que me he enfrentado! Cobrando a los clientes leales lo que no deberían, sin revisar su sistema, sin informarle de ningún cambio en los cargos, simplemente toman su dinero sin avisarle y cuando intenta recuperarlo, ¡lo ignoran por completo!

Discutimos los problemas que ahora se han resuelto, pero en general, como empresa, debe buscar en su equipo de servicio al cliente y tal vez aumentar la cantidad de personas que contrata en ese departamento.
