El software está bien. Sin embargo, durante 9 meses me han prometido la integración entre este software y mi secretaría social. Por tanto, en enero de 2020 me aseguraron que la integración se realizaría a finales de febrero. En febrero, tengo la seguridad de que estará listo sin falta a finales de marzo. En marzo, me dijeron que tendremos que esperar hasta junio. En junio, Skello me dice que lo siente mucho pero que todo estará listo para finales de agosto y que este plazo está sobreestimado (para que todo esté terminado en julio, el plazo de finales de agosto permite una 'seguridad '). Estamos a finales de septiembre y aquí son 9 meses que espero un desarrollo que me fue prometido en enero ... Desde entonces he perdido decenas de horas de trabajo debido a manipulaciones que se habrían evitado con el desarollo. .



Así transformas a un cliente muy feliz que es embajador de tu empresa en una persona bastante amargada por la experiencia que ofrece Skello.

En definitiva, el software es excelente pero no cometa el error de creer que pueden adaptar el software a sus necesidades. Si le prometen plazos, sepa que no se respetarán.
