Esta empresa limpió las ventanas del edificio contiguo a mi casa. Colocaron una escalera encima de mis plantas en el jardín de mi patio delantero, y caminaron por todas las plantas, aplanándolas / aplastándolas. Cuando los confronté al respecto, uno de los miembros de la tripulación fue muy grosero. Todo lo que quería era una disculpa. En cambio, obtuve 'Haz lo que necesites hacer'. Llamé a la oficina y hablé con la gerente de la oficina, Daniella. Ella fue muy educada, pero no se disculpó. Aproximadamente 10 minutos después, uno de los miembros de la tripulación (Juan) se acercó y se disculpó.

Podría haber resuelto esto con ellos para que pudieran llegar a las ventanas que necesitaban sin destruir mis plantas. Y si te equivocas, trágate tu orgullo, admite que cometiste un error y discúlpate.

Esta empresa limpió las ventanas de mi edificio de apartamentos hoy. Al estar mi apartamento en el último piso, escuché todo lo que hicieron en el techo de mi apartamento, desde dejar caer equipo pesado, hasta todos los improperios y malas palabras que siguieron. También siguieron chocando contra las ventanas muy fuerte, lo que interrumpió la llamada de trabajo en la que estaba. No puedo entender por qué limpiar las ventanas requeriría casi martillarlas.

Empresa muy poco profesional para trabajar y mienten sobre tener certificaciones. Todos los empleados no tienen la certificación requerida y tienen una tasa de pago muy baja para una persona en capacitación, considerando que lo harán trabajar en edificios de más de 30 pisos o más.
