Tomé dinero de mi cuenta durante más de un año sin ningún contrato, nunca emití una tarjeta de membresía ni nada (había sido miembro de un gimnasio diferente que usaba Serco para cobrar pagos 3 años antes, así que supongo que obtuvieron mis datos de allí). Le dije a mi banco que luego reclamó mi dinero y recibí una carta del equipo de membresía diciendo que estaban de acuerdo con mi parte de reclamo y luego intervino MS S Khamkar, quien comenzó bien, pero cuando envié la carta, dije que la persona que envió no tenía la autoridad y ella estaría investigando más.
