Sin embargo, aquí es donde está la diferencia; este es un negocio familiar, usted se convierte en parte de un equipo que es muy cercano y la ética de trabajo es primordial. ¡¡Ya no sois miles !! ¡Usted es una parte integral de un sistema que depende de usted para hacer su trabajo y ser confiable! ¡Este no es un lugar donde te pierdes en el sistema y tu holgura se promedia por la suma de todos! ¡En el lado positivo, cuando sobresale en su desempeño, tampoco se promedia y se pierde! ¡¡¡Eres notado y recompensado por ello !!! ¡Mi separación de la empresa se debió a la reubicación, no a la satisfacción! ¡Me encantaba mi trabajo y me divertía en él! ¡No tengas miedo de trabajar duro! Cuanto más inviertas, más recompensas recibirás. ¡¡Es así de simple!! Si solo quieres un trabajo ... muévete a otro lado, si quieres una carrera ¡¡¡REGÍSTRATE !!! Los beneficios son iguales a los mejores en el negocio. En resumen, obtienes todos los beneficios de una gran corporación sin ninguno de los inconvenientes. Tome de esto lo que quiera. Y si eligió trabajar para ellos, le deseo suerte, pero hay una razón por la que hay una tasa de rotación del 90% para este lugar.

Una empresa familiar muy poco ética, carecen de moral cuando tratan con asociados. Se alinean en la categoría de "habla lo que habla pero no camina por el camino", simplemente consiga sus acuerdos por escrito. Todo lo que les interesa son los animales de granja de Tom.

Esta empresa tiene la reputación de ser LA peor empresa de extracción de lodo en todo el estado de Texas.
