Como cliente que paga, el hotel me pareció bastante cómodo y limpio. El personal fue en general educado y servicial, aunque hubo algunos casos en los que su servicio podría haber sido más atento. Quizás con un poco de atención adicional a los detalles y la experiencia de los huéspedes, el hotel podría mejorar sus servicios para satisfacer mejor las expectativas de sus clientes.
