Es un Doctor maravilloso, me escucha y me comprende, ¡es el mejor!

He estado viendo al Dr. Chen durante varios años debido a un dolor de espalda intratable que, después de 15 años, finalmente se diagnosticó como espondilolistesis. (No es culpa suya que no se haya diagnosticado antes; requirió una radiografía en posición fetal mientras está acostado para descubrirlo). Tiene una gran demanda, pero ha respondido a mi necesidad de alivio de un dolor extremadamente debilitante y de búsqueda de soluciones. Todavía tengo un dolor intenso, pero sé que él está en mi esquina.

Tenga cuidado de que Mary del departamento de facturación no esté arruinando sus facturas. Crearon 2 cuentas por error para mi esposo y casi está dañando gravemente su crédito. No encuentran los pagos y el servicio al cliente es terrible. Todavía estamos lidiando con ese problema solo por su "error" con el departamento de facturación.
