Hemos alquilado una de las suites del cuarto piso en el edificio Moline que RM Crowe administra durante los últimos 3.5 años. El aire acondicionado en el cuarto y quinto piso se apagó el 20/06/2019 y se les informó del problema. Hicieron venir a un contratista para revisar todo el 07/09 y se consideró que era necesario reparar un compresor. Tenían el aire acondicionado de nuevo en funcionamiento el 23/07 y estaba funcionando del 23/07 al 26/07. Desde entonces, el aire acondicionado se ha vuelto a apagar, por lo que estamos viendo 46 de 51 días en medio del verano sin aire acondicionado. El administrador de la propiedad de RM Crowe no ha sido de ninguna ayuda y no ha mostrado empatía o habilidades para resolver problemas. Nos proporcionaron un ventilador de caja de $ 15 para enfriar y una oficina de 24. Esto le ha costado a nuestra empresa miles de dólares por día en productividad.
