Estamos alquilando una casa de playa en Navarre Beach de ResortQuest by Marriott y Vacasa Rentals. El personal de servicio es amable, pero NO tiene intención de solucionar los problemas que tenga con la propiedad. Si habla con ResortQuest by Marriott, culpan al propietario y / o Vacasa. Si hablas con Vacasa, culpan a Marriott o al propietario. Es casi como si lo hubieran creado de esa manera a propósito, para jugar a pasar la pelota.
Nuestro problema específico es que no tenemos WiFi / Internet, y ninguno de los televisores funciona porque son televisores inteligentes que necesitan WiFi. Este es un gran negocio para nosotros porque ambos estamos trabajando y tenemos una hija que está tomando cursos en línea. Probablemente tendremos que dejar nuestras vacaciones temprano porque no podemos, NO tener acceso a Internet durante una semana y la isla ahora está llena. Hemos estado tratando de solucionar este problema durante 3 días.
Aquí está la peor parte. Ninguno de los titulares de la cuenta ha hecho una llamada de 10 minutos a AT&T para ver por qué la casa no tiene servicio. Se niegan a llamar. Luego dijeron, sospechan que el servicio de toda la isla está caído ... NOPE. el vecino de AT&T dice que está bien.

1) Confirmamos por escrito antes de reservar que todas las comodidades funcionaban correctamente. Confirmaron por escrito que así era.
2) Nos dijeron que si no podían solucionar este problema, nos reubicarían en una propiedad diferente. 3 días después nos informaron que no se puede hacer.
