Traje a mi abuelo (que tiene 89 años con artritis severa en ambas rodillas) para que le hicieran una radiografía de tórax, radiografías de ambas rodillas y de la cadera. Llegamos a las 8 am y no nos vieron hasta las 2:18 pm. Llamamos unos días antes y preguntamos si era necesaria una cita y nos dijeron "no", preguntamos si había silla de ruedas disponible y dijeron "sí" (que nunca se proporcionó). No hay asientos disponibles para los pacientes y quienes los ayudan a esperar mientras se procesan. El servicio fue lento, pero el personal de recepción fue educado y servicial. El técnico que realizó la radiografía, la Sra. Shirley, se mostró bastante ágil e impaciente. Aparte de eso, estoy agradecido de haber superado esa terrible experiencia.

No estaba abarrotado y no había que esperar mucho (supongo que porque era domingo). El ambiente es magníficamente limpio y fresco ... personal cortés y educado.
