Puls anuncia que reparan electrodomésticos y que cobran una tarifa de evaluación de $ 79 que es reembolsable si continúa con la reparación con su técnico. Lo que no se explica en su contrato verbal es que solo pueden reparar algunos artículos y si no tienen la experiencia o las herramientas para reparar su artículo, sin importar su deseo / consentimiento para que completen la reparación, aún le cobran los $ 79 tarifa de evaluación de reparación a pesar de que son ellos quienes rompen el contrato verbal.
Establecieron al consumidor en un aprieto sin salida:
1) Si rechaza la reparación, paga la tarifa de evaluación inicial.
2) Si rechazan la reparación, usted paga la tarifa de evaluación inicial.
Una especie de esquema de cebo y cambio sórdido.
