El Dr. Hayes es un cirujano fenomenal. Me hizo 2 procedimientos, uno en 2014 y otro en diciembre de 2019. Su trato al lado de la cama es excelente y hace todo lo posible para asegurarse de que esté lo más cómodo posible, tomándose el tiempo para responder cualquier pregunta que tenga. Siempre me han tratado con amabilidad en sus oficinas, ya sea en persona o por teléfono. Todo el personal y las enfermeras son muy dulces y minuciosos. Se nota que se enorgullecen de lo que hacen.

Me extirparon la vesícula biliar. Si bien el diagnóstico tomó un tiempo (no fue culpa del Dr. Shaw), el procedimiento fue tal como se indicó. ¡Muy satisfecho con el Dr. Shaw y su personal!

Esperé más de una hora y le pregunté a la recepcionista 3 veces cuando iban a estar conmigo? Ella dijo que solo tenían 2 médicos hoy >> No sé por qué me trataron diferente ... Yo también era la única persona de color en el Lobby ... ¡¡¡Todavía no hay llamadas ni disculpas por esta TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA !!! YO NO RECOMENDARÍA ESTE LUGAR...
