Yo era dueño de una casa antes y sabían que no era dueño de una casa por primera vez y no calificaba para ese tipo de asistencia, pero sí era elegible para otra asistencia para el pago inicial (me dijeron). Quería estar listo para obtener una casa para cuando mi contrato de arrendamiento se agotara en ese momento habría sido un año y medio. Desafortunadamente, cuando comencé a hacer preguntas sobre cuándo puedo empezar a buscar una casa. La respuesta de mis consejeros fue muy vaga, en este momento comencé a sospechar y mi corredor descubrió que estaba listo para comprar una casa en el plazo que necesitaba antes de renovar mi contrato de arrendamiento. Mi tiempo casi se acaba y la prosperidad me dice que pasarán unos meses más después de la renovación de mi contrato de arrendamiento antes de que pueda empezar a buscar una casa. Mi consejero nunca pudo decirme cuánta ayuda recibiría. Terminé pagando más de 1,000 en un contrato de arrendamiento de mes a mes. Toda esta prueba fue muy estresante. Descubrí que My estaba equivocado acerca de algunas cosas que llevaron al propietario a intervenir y revisar lo que hemos hecho en un año. Tuve que usar mi 401 k para pagar mi propio pago inicial y el costo de cierre para descubrir después de un año de trabajar con prosperidad que no era elegible en absoluto para el programa porque estaba por encima de los ingresos. Estaba muy decepcionado con el programa y me preguntaba cuántos otros también hacían esto. Gracias a Dios sabía qué hacer y seguí mis instintos o habría perdido la oportunidad de tener una casa fabulosa en una excelente ubicación. Oro para que otras personas que pasen por este programa hagan su tarea antes de permitirles que saquen su crédito. Este programa le dice a la gente que no se necesita un inspector. ¡Sí lo son! Asegúrese de tener dinero a un lado en caso de que este programa deje caer la pelota o todo su arduo trabajo sea para no. Me he reunido con más personas que no fueron tan afortunadas y se les dijo en el último minuto que necesitaban un inspector y que el dinero de la subvención se había agotado y que la prosperidad no puede ayudar con la asistencia para el pago inicial. ¡Cuidado y haz tu tarea!
