Ya soy un paciente. Llamé y dejé un mensaje tres veces en el último día tratando de programar una cita antes de la que tengo porque mi medicamento me está dando tan malos efectos secundarios que tuve que llamar a POISON CONTRL y perdí mi trabajo. Todavía no hay respuesta
Actualización: todavía no hay respuesta en absoluto hasta que llamé por cuarta vez una semana más tarde y finalmente logré comunicarme con una persona. No fue a corto plazo, un par de personas no están disponibles y hemos tenido muchas llamadas, es pura negligencia. He denunciado esta oficina al BBB y estoy buscando opciones legales urgentes.
