Mientras jugaba en la piscina, afuera, la hija se paró sobre un trozo de baldosa afilada que estaba en el fondo de la piscina, cortándose el pie en dos lugares. Tras denunciar la situación en taquilla y pedir un vestidor, nos dirigieron a la planta baja. Allí resultó que no hay nadie, tanto en la oficina como en la recepción. Después de una docena de minutos regresamos a las cajas registradoras preguntando si alguien podía ocuparse de este asunto. Al día siguiente intenté comunicarme con el responsable de la toma de decisiones sobre la situación, pero me informaron que el director no se encuentra en el local. Es inaceptable que en un complejo tan grande, con tanta gente usándolo, no se haya revisado la seguridad de las piscinas.
PD. Tengo mucha curiosidad por saber si, tras mi notificación de esta situación, se han llevado a cabo los procedimientos adecuados para garantizar la seguridad de los usuarios de la piscina.
