No devuelven nada a sus empleados, no pueden quedarse con un director de planta, al propietario no le importa lo que suceda con su equipo de gestión, el departamento de recursos humanos no es ético y es una broma y no devuelven nada a sus empleados. No eres más que un número para ellos en Pelco. Y la política de asistencia es una broma. Sin tiempo personal y el sistema de acumulación de vacaciones hace que sea casi imposible tomar unas vacaciones planificadas con su familia.
