Desafortunadamente, pensé que sería conveniente ya que está ubicado en el mismo edificio que el consultorio de mi médico, ¡PERO los empleados son descuidados, groseros y simplemente incompetentes!
Mi doctor llamó a mi receta y cuando fui a la farmacia a recogerlos, los medicamentos no estaban listos. Luego me dijo que regresara en veinte minutos, todavía no estaba lista. Luego insistió en que ya los recogí, o tal vez ella los puso en el correo, ESTA FUE LA MISMA PERSONA QUE ME ACABA DE DICIENDO QUE LE DÉ SUS VEINTE MINUTOS PARA QUE PUEDA LLENAR LA RX QUE ME DIJO QUE ESTABA LISTA POR TELÉFONO. Me fui y tuve que volver otro día para recoger mis medicamentos. Ese día llamé y me colgaron el teléfono dos veces. Finalmente llamé a alguien por teléfono y le pregunté si mis medicamentos estaban listos, ella dijo que SÍ. ¡Comenzó a hablar sobre los medicamentos equivocados! Algo que ya había recogido hace casi una semana para mi resfriado y congestión en el pecho. Después de ponerme en la misma página le pregunté si mis "nuevos" medicamentos estaban listos, ella dijo que SÍ. Luego le pregunté si la bolsa estaba en sus manos. No. Luego le pedí que verificara físicamente que la receta estuviera surtida y lista para ser recogida. No lo fue. Ella dijo que estarían listos "hoy". Le pregunté si lo estaba llenando ahora mismo. Ella me puso en espera. Pasa un tiempo y ella vuelve al teléfono y dice que acaba de hacerlo. Le pregunté el monto del copago para saber que tenía que ponerlo en la computadora, PORQUE EN ESTE PUNTO YA NO ME SENTÍ QUE PODÍA CONFIAR EN ELLA DICIENDO QUE ELLA COMPLETÓ LA TAREA. Ella dio la información. Todavía esperé una hora, de hecho esperé cuatro días para recoger mis medicamentos desde el día inicial que dijeron que estaban listos, para recogerlos. Trasladaré mis recetas a otra farmacia no solo por conveniencia, sino también por mi seguridad.
