La garantía fue de 12 meses y en la marca de 14 meses tuve un problema cuando la temperatura en el refrigerador subió y congeló todo el contenido de mi bebida, lo que posteriormente explotó.
Me puse en contacto con Orford en varias ocasiones y le dejé mensajes al representante de ventas para que me devolviera la llamada, pero me evitaron como la peste, finalmente me llamaron con un nombre diferente para que respondieran mi llamada y cuando les expliqué los eventos que habían sucedido, básicamente me borraron porque el refrigerador estaba fuera de garantía (por 2 meses).
Puedo apreciar el período de garantía, pero cuando compra un refrigerador comercial (querido) y solo lo estoy usando en un entorno doméstico, esperaría que dure más de 14 meses, especialmente porque tengo un refrigerador / congelador en nuestra cocina que es tiene más de 10 años y todavía se está fortaleciendo.
Como no ofrecen ningún servicio, posteriormente tuve que contratar a un mecánico de refrigeración que me cargó un brazo y una pierna y reemplazó la sonda de temperatura en el refrigerador, esta solución solo duró varios meses cuando la temperatura aumentaba y no estaba mantener las cosas frescas. Así que ahora tengo un frigorífico de $ 3000,00 + inútil en mi barra seca gracias a Orford.
Una vez que Orford tiene su venta, no hay servicio postventa y para el tipo de producto que compré, debería estar obteniendo años de mantenimiento sin problemas en un refrigerador comercial. Cualquiera que esté considerando comprar un producto de nevera de Orford, hágase un favor y gaste su dinero con sus competidores y, con suerte, no tendrá los mismos problemas.
