Pros:
1. Dos días de trabajo desde casa al mes.
2. Familia como aptomosfera.
3. El horario principal es de 9 a.m. a 3 p.m. (Trabajé de 7 am a 3 pm - Sin almuerzo)
4. Seis días feriados pagados, debe trabajar 8 horas antes y después / o usar el tiempo de vacaciones para cobrar.
Contras:
1. ¡NO HAY AUMENTO ANUAL!
2. El tiempo de vacaciones NO se paga una vez que se da su aviso.
3. Es una expectativa, una vez entrenado, que lo sepas todo.
- Los procesos están desactualizados y esa es tu Biblia de trabajo.
- La base de datos está desactualizada.
4. El diseño en línea ofrece beneficios, pero no contribuyen como empresa.
5. ¡Demasiadas reuniones!
6. La posición de Vendor Managers tiene la mayor rotación. Si una VM deja su trabajo, se divide entre otras VM y eventualmente se contratará a alguien.
7. No se imparte formación sobre SAP y envío de tickets para facturas de proveedores. Esto le llevará mucho tiempo como VM.
En general, son excelentes personas con las que trabajar a diario. Es un fin de año fiscal muy estresante. Lo último que diré es que los gerentes de proveedores son subestimados.
