Se supone que deben trabajar con nuestra empresa de ingeniería. Nuestro gerente general nos acaba de decir que se han negado a hacer el trabajo especificado por los ingenieros. "no estaba en el alcance del contrato original" Ya hay 3 millones en órdenes de cambio (contrato de 6,2 millones) por lo que agregar al contrato no ha sido un problema hasta ahora. No completar este trabajo causará daños a algunos condominios en el futuro, cuando ya no estén. La queja de BBB es la siguiente.

Uno de los gerentes en el sitio nos trató como al enemigo en lugar de como alguien que es uno de sus clientes y ayuda a pagar su salario. No nos dejaba entrar a nuestra unidad a pesar de cumplir con todos los protocolos sobre entrar a nuestro condominio, incluyendo notificar a la gerencia, a Omega, usar cascos y chalecos naranjas. El viaje de ida y vuelta de 636 millas desde el norte del estado de Carolina del Sur fue un desperdicio total cuando todo lo que queríamos hacer era obtener medidas con nuestro contratista para una remodelación.
No recomiendo esta empresa.
