Personal errático !!! Llamé y pedí cortésmente hablar con un miembro del personal. La mujer en el teléfono me preguntó si podía dejar un mensaje y le dije que no, gracias porque realmente estoy buscando hablar con ella por teléfono. A mitad de mi oración, el miembro extremadamente grosero del personal me colgó el teléfono. Nunca dije nada grosero. No recomendaría dejar a los miembros de su familia al cuidado de una persona de tan mal genio.
