Su servicio al cliente es pésimo. Le dejé dos mensajes a Greg Sisk, el supervisor de pintura, y nunca me llamó ni una vez. Trabajé en el sector público, así que sé lo importante que es para un cliente recibir una llamada telefónica. Hablé con Kaci y ella me aseguró que le daría otro mensaje a Greg Sisk para que me devuelva la llamada y han pasado tres semanas y no he sabido nada de él. Soy propietario de mi barco desde 2001/2002 y si este es el servicio que recibe de una empresa propiedad de los empleados, no les compraría otro barco. Así que cualquiera que me pregunte por mi barco les digo que el barco está bien, pero su servicio al cliente es una mierda y que no les compren.
