¡El peor sistema bancario que he usado! Rara vez puede ponerse en contacto con un banquero, sistemas anticuados, sistema telefónico SUCKS período. Para una empresa que prospera con el servicio al cliente y lo hace tan bien en sus tiendas, la parte bancaria no es un buen reflejo de ese servicio.

Hasta ahora he tenido una muy buena experiencia con esta cooperativa de ahorro y crédito. Mi otra cooperativa de crédito también es excelente, pero tienen su sede en California y actualmente vivo en Washington. El servicio al cliente es de primera categoría. Ver extractos y su actividad bancaria, etc. en línea no es tan bueno como otros bancos, desafortunadamente. Y desearía que hubiera una aplicación para teléfono, pero tal vez en el futuro.
