Pueden ser buenos en otras cosas, pero la reparación de fotocopiadoras no es una de ellas. Los llamamos el 13/8 cuando nuestra única fotocopiadora se cayó. Les dijimos la pieza exacta que necesitaba ser reemplazada, pero tuvieron que salir y ver por sí mismos. Casi una semana después (19/8), su tecnología salió y confirmó la pieza que se necesitaba. Dijo que tendría que ver si tenía uno o si necesitaba pedir uno. Llamamos el 20/8, 21/8 y 24/8 solo para obtener una actualización de estado y dijeron que le transmitirían el mensaje. NUNCA devolvió nuestra llamada a nuestra oficina ni a mi celular. El 25/8 llamamos y les dijimos que no se molestaran, encontramos a alguien más que se ocuparía de nosotros. Me doy cuenta de que este fue un pequeño trabajo de reparación para ellos, pero obstaculizó enormemente la productividad de nuestra oficina. Lo mínimo que pudo haber hecho el tipo fue devolvernos la llamada. Muy poco profesional.
