Muy decepcionado por la atención / supervisión que se le brindó a mi abuela en una de sus instalaciones. Las solicitudes de corrección relativas a problemas médicos deben enviarse varias veces antes de ser atendidas; las solicitudes de mantenimiento no se completan de manera oportuna. Confiar el cuidado de su familiar anciano a otros ya es una decisión / proceso extremadamente difícil. En este momento, no puedo recomendar su centro de atención.

¡Estoy de acuerdo! ¡NO ponga a ninguno de sus seres queridos en ninguna de sus instalaciones! Le subirán el alquiler sin previo aviso, las personas que emplean tienen antecedentes penales y, además, es evidente su falta de atención a sus residentes. Trabajé en una de sus instalaciones y lo que vi es que lo único que les importa es tu dinero. Tienen una alta rotación de personal y cualquier persona aumentará porque tienen poco personal. Las instalaciones son agradables por fuera, pero no se deje engañar, lo que vi allí fue repugnante.

No ponga a sus seres queridos en ninguna instalación que sea propiedad de esta corporación. Todo lo que les importa es tu dinero.

Comencé a trabajar para Milestone a principios de 2016 después de trabajar para varias otras empresas de jubilación en diferentes capacidades. Siento que puedo hablar con confianza al decir que si no estuviera trabajando para Milestone, probablemente no seguiría haciendo este trabajo. Es la primera empresa cuya misión es brindar una buena atención a sus residentes, así como brindar apoyo a los miembros de su equipo y alentarlos a todos los niveles a hacer lo correcto. Sé que tengo suerte de estar en esta posición / comunidad / edificio extraordinario, y sé que hay personas que toman malas decisiones que impactan negativamente a otras personas. Sin embargo, mi experiencia con esta empresa es que si les preguntaras ... ellos apoyarían hacer lo correcto incluso si no es fácil. Amo mi trabajo y es porque Milestone es parte de mi día a día.
