PESADILLA ABSOLUTA. Mi esposa y yo fuimos referidos a Darryl en Metropolitan Home Mortgage después de que nuestro prestamista principal no pudo cumplir con el tipo de préstamo que solicitamos. Resultó que Darryl tampoco podía hacer este préstamo (ya que una nueva ley en California ya no permitía este tipo de préstamo), por lo que Darryl nos remitió a nuestro prestamista principal. Avance rápido unas pocas semanas: mi esposa y yo abrimos Escrow con nuestro prestamista principal; Estábamos en nuestra futura casa para una inspección y resulta que veo un paquete de documentos ABIERTO con el NOMBRE DE MI ESPOSA Y MÍ, dirigido a la casa en la que ni siquiera vivimos todavía. - Activos y pasivos de deuda
- Puntajes de crédito
Increíble. Cuando llamé a Darryl para ver cómo podía suceder esto, me dijo: Bueno, esto ha sucedido antes y pusimos una política para tratar de evitar que esto suceda. La chica que procesa esto debe haber cometido un error. La política claramente no funciona y cuando seguí expresando mi preocupación por la salida de mi información privada, Darryl me interrumpió y me dijo: ¿Qué quieres que haga? Terrible respuesta de servicio al cliente. Mi esposa y yo ahora estamos preocupados por nuestros números de seguro social y otra información privada disponible para alguien que no conocemos. NO USES ESTA COMPANIA. Todas sus respuestas a las críticas negativas han sido: Hemos capacitado a nuestro personal y esperamos que no vuelvan a cometer este error o Desde que lo ayudamos, hemos contratado un nuevo equipo de personal para que podamos manejar nuestros préstamos adecuadamente. Quizás esta empresa debería considerar la posibilidad de corregir errores en sus procesos confidenciales antes de contratar personal nuevo.
