No confirmó en su informe si una extensión en la propiedad que estaba comprando requería permiso de planificación, ni preguntó a los proveedores para aclarar, simplemente asumió que no. A los proveedores también les faltaba la certificación de las regulaciones de construcción y ofrecieron un seguro de indemnización de cumplimiento en lugar de esto. Mi abogado no advirtió que el desarrollo permitido asumido (es decir, no sujeto a planificación) no tiene necesidad de seguro de indemnización porque está exento de acciones de ejecución para cumplir con las regulaciones de construcción. Mi abogado también me dijo que no podía solicitar a los proveedores que probaran los servicios antes del intercambio o la finalización. El mal servicio en todo momento y el procedimiento de quejas es una broma. No recomendado para transporte.
