Nunca había estado en un concesionario Lexus que fuera tan inútil. El departamento de repuestos no vende aceite, un elemento de mantenimiento básico para los clientes. El carril de servicio no tiene aire disponible para los clientes. Supongo que se necesitaría un RO completo para obtener otro elemento de mantenimiento básico. No se pudo conseguir un lavado de autos, ya que el escritor del servicio dijo que no tenían la mano de obra. Ella no estaba tratando con ningún cliente en ese momento y nadie estaba en el carril de servicio. Sentí que a ella no le importaba ni siquiera comenzar a tratar de brindar ayuda. Los alojamientos en el concesionario Kia son más beneficiosos.
