Excelente servicio al cliente con mi reciente compra de molino.

Recientemente compré una fresa / taladro Precision Matthews PM932. Lo recibí de manera oportuna como prometí. La calidad de la máquina es la esperada para el rango de precios. Hubo un par de problemas, pero Quality Machine Tools los solucionó de inmediato. Gran empresa con excelente servicio al cliente.

Compré un torno 1440GS en abril de 2018, el personal es informado y profesional. Cuando recibí el torno, faltaban un par de piezas o estaban mal.
Hasta la fecha, 4 de agosto de 2018, todavía estoy esperando un perno de la cubierta. El personal es útil, pero sigue las necesidades de mejora, compraría de Mattehws Precision nuevamente.
