Compró 100 el 25/11/18. Todos eran regalos de Navidad. Hoy comencé a envolver y noté que uno estaba dañado. Regresé a esta ubicación para realizar el cambio y el asociado me acusó de dañar el producto y me preguntó por qué había esperado tanto para devolverlo. Cuando le expliqué que yo también trabajaba en el comercio minorista y que había estado muy ocupado trabajando, me miró con mala cara y me dijo que todo estaba agotado para ir a buscar algo. Nunca volveré a este establecimiento.

Mal servicio al cliente. Estaba recogiendo un pedido en línea. Le pregunté si podía devolverlo a la tienda. Me dijeron que no podían devolver la compra en línea. Mi recibo dice claramente que, si no estoy satisfecho, puedo regresar a cualquier tienda Hallmark. Ambos asociados de servicio al cliente fueron desagradables. No estaba ocupado y ni siquiera había nadie en la fila. No volveré a esta tienda.

Vendedores amigables. Me encanta navegar, pero siempre encuentro algo. Los miembros de la fidelidad obtienen una tarjeta gratis los viernes.
