No pude obtener respuestas directas del Sr. Manis, me envió información errónea o redundante e incluso me dijo rotundamente que no había tenido suerte al obtener balances de prueba para las declaraciones. Mi cliente está gastando otros $ 3000 para volver a presentar los últimos dos años. No es de extrañar que la SEC lo haya sancionado y multado a él y a la empresa el año pasado.
