Todas las críticas negativas de esta empresa son ciertas, si es que te pagan, no lo hacen a tiempo. Sin mencionar que se negaron a permitir una formación adecuada del personal.

No recomendaría esta empresa. Nuestra hija se inscribió para 2 semanas de lecciones con nuestra Asociación de Propietarios, los instructores llegaban tarde todos los días que decidieron presentarse. Varios padres de nuestro grupo llamaron o enviaron un correo electrónico a la oficina y tuvieron dificultades para recibir cualquier comunicación. Cuando tuvimos la suerte de hablar con alguien, todos estaban dispuestos a echarle la culpa a otro, sin asumir ninguna responsabilidad por sus acciones. Sacamos a nuestra hija de la siguiente sesión y nunca los volveremos a usar.

Por favor, no trabajes para esta empresa. Por mi experiencia personal, sé que la empresa no paga extra los días festivos, no paga horas extras, quita 30 minutos de pago por una pausa para el almuerzo que nunca recibe (ILEGAL por cierto), paga a los empleados tarde, a veces nunca paga nada , etc. No recibí mi último cheque de pago, por lo que tuve que presentar un formulario de reclamo de salario que tardará entre 6 y 9 meses en procesarse. Actualmente soy un estudiante de UT, lo que significa que no tengo el tiempo ni el dinero para emprender acciones legales serias contra ellos. No acabes en mi puesto, trabaja por un lugar que te respete.

Nunca he experimentado una compañía tan lucrativa y mal administrada más desorganizada que Lifeline Aquatics. Si a los empleados se les paga, rara vez llega a tiempo, lo que lleva a salvavidas descuidados que no son leales a la empresa ni a su deber. Si decide firmar con esta empresa, asegúrese de leer TODA la letra pequeña. Los instructores de natación pierden lecciones, practican mantenimiento peligroso, actividades ilegales en el estado de Texas y el personal no es confiable. Aparte de la falta de liderazgo decisivo, la mala comunicación y la ética empresarial cuestionable, es una gran idea para una empresa.
