Probablemente las peores habilidades de comunicación de todos los tiempos. No parece que quieran resolverlo en ningún momento para sí mismos, pero tiene la costumbre de enviar correos electrónicos y exigir información a pesar de que ellos mismos no te dan ninguna. Hablé conmigo durante una semana antes de pedirle a mi esposo que los contactara para pedir permiso para hablar conmigo, luego me dijo que ya no iban a hablar conmigo ... Me enviaron un correo electrónico varias veces, sin respuesta, luego básicamente me dijeron que sí esperando cosas y debería haber esperado ... (no me dijo que estaban esperando información). Luego me envió el papeleo para que lo firmara - nombre incorrecto. Les dije que era el nombre equivocado (fue entonces cuando me dijeron que solo trabajarían con mi esposo). Después de eso, enviaron la documentación por correo. Firmamos y enviamos de vuelta (enviamos la documentación el 1 de FEBRERO de 2020 que acordaba el monto y cuándo pagar) y recibimos un correo electrónico 4 días después indicando que nos atrasamos en el pago que vence el día 31. ¿Cómo? ¿Cómo es eso posible si el acuerdo ni siquiera se firmó y se devolvió?
