I recently booked a hair and makeup session for my special event through a company offering their services online. While the website was informative and easy to navigate, I found the end result to be average. The makeup application was decent, but not outstanding. The hairstyling was fine, but lacked the "wow" factor I was hoping for. The staff was friendly and professional, but I felt like there could have been more attention to detail. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but it wasn't exceptional either. I think with a bit more attention to individual client preferences and some improvements in the execution, the company has the potential to elevate its service to a higher level. 😐
