Tengo un pie roto, así que fui a Rexall en Oak Ridges para comprar una bota más aireada. El Sprint Air Boot del LandMark Medical System fue el único aircast que vendieron, así que lo compramos. Era una bota corta de la talla grande. Después de menos de una semana, la bomba se rompió y el 'airbag' en el maletero explotó. Tampoco era como si lo hubiera bombeado demasiado, ya que me lo ponía por la mañana y lo bombeaba una vez. Volví a Rexall y solo tenían una bota larga y grande. Tuve que lidiar con la molestia durante unos 6 días, lo que no parece tan malo, pero fue terrible. La bolsa de aire de las botas tenía una fuga, las tapas de la bomba de aire se caían constantemente y tuve que ir a buscarlas (la bota corta también lo hizo) y fue un desastre caliente y con picazón. El velcro comenzó a caerse y terminé enviando un correo electrónico a LandMark. Debo decir que me impresionó el excelente servicio al cliente. Enviaron una nueva bota corta más aireada en grande al Rexall en Oak Ridges, y he tenido esto desde hace unos días. Así es como pasé por un total de 3 botas aircast en menos de 2 semanas. Al final, seguiría optando por esta bota, incluso con todas estas molestias. He mirado otras botas disponibles después de la segunda bota, y la mayoría de ellas usan una bomba manual que no está fijada a la bota, lo cual es una molestia aún mayor, especialmente si la sueltas.
