Primero se equivocaron al conectar mi teléfono. Cuando bajé a pagar MI factura de teléfono, me dijeron que no podía porque mi nombre no estaba en él. Que se suponía que tenía mi nombre porque eso es lo que dijo el tipo cuando lo conecté. Entonces, después de mencionar que todavía se negaban a dejarme pagar la cuenta y se reían de mí. No sé qué fue tan gracioso de que arruinaran mi cuenta y me negaran el derecho a pagar mi factura. Cuando pedí hablar con un gerente, ambos se rieron de nuevo y me dijeron que ella era la gerente. Probablemente fue la interacción más grosera que he tenido en mi vida. Y que sea el técnico eso es muy malo.

El servicio al cliente es tan bueno como puede hacerlo usted mismo y las mentiras y la información perdida sobre las ventas son un poco preocupantes. Es barato y así es como lo atraen y les gusta no informarle sobre tarifas ocultas. Recomendaría si estos problemas se solucionan, pero la banda no parece querer cambiar allí. Evitaría.

He estado con Koodo durante más de 8 años y nunca tuve un problema hasta que lidié con esta ubicación. Mi teléfono necesitaba ser reparado, así que me prestaron un teléfono. El teléfono tenía una grieta existente. Luego, al devolver el préstamo y recuperar mi teléfono reparado, me acusaron del daño y me dijeron que tendría que pagarlo. Al final, se echaron atrás y me dejaron ir, pero deberían tomar esto como una lección para realizar una gestión de existencias adecuada y saber + inspeccionar cuidadosamente los teléfonos que están prestando. No enojado con una persona específica, sino con su organización en general. (El teléfono de préstamo también estaba muy retrasado y tenía problemas con el GPS)
