Si pudiera darles cero estrellas, lo haría. Nuestro negocio en Hampton usó esta empresa durante 3 años y fue la peor experiencia y servicio al cliente de nuestra vida. En primer lugar, la señora aquí nunca contesta el teléfono y, en las raras ocasiones en que lo hace, es extremadamente poco profesional. Al hacer los arreglos para que nuestros servicios fueran transferidos a nuestra nueva ubicación, acordamos y establecimos una fecha y hora específicas y nadie se presentó. Cuando le hicimos saber que estábamos pensando en cambiar de compañía para nuestra nueva ubicación (después de que sus muchachos nunca aparecieron), se puso fuera de forma y probó tácticas de último minuto para intentar que nos quedáramos con ellos. Una vez que cancelamos y cambiamos de compañía oficialmente, ella afirmó que nunca cancelamos y ¡¡NOS CONTINUÓ COBRANDO !! Además, hemos seguido recibiendo llamadas en medio de la noche (medianoche, 2 a. M., 4 a. M., Etc.) porque su dispositivo en nuestra antigua ubicación (de la cual nos mudaron durante más de TRES MESES) tenía la batería agotada y ¡Ella nunca actualizó la información de contacto por problemas fuera de horario (quizás por qué todavía se nos factura)! Hemos intentado en repetidas ocasiones ponernos en contacto con ella con respecto a este tema y no ha contestado el teléfono NI ha devuelto nuestras llamadas o correos electrónicos. Actualmente estamos siguiendo los pasos legales adecuados con nuestro abogado para abordar los sobrecargos (tenemos prueba por escrito de que cancelamos nuestros servicios), así como para abordar el inconveniente de ser llamado constantemente en medio de la noche para un servicio que no tenemos. t lo había hecho en 3 meses. PERMANECER. ¡¡¡FUERA!!!
