Kendrick administra mi edificio de condominios en el centro de Northampton. Tomaron el relevo de otra agencia hace aproximadamente un año y ha sido extremadamente positivo en todos los aspectos. Mantienen abiertas las líneas de comunicación y sus tiempos de respuesta a los problemas se han abordado rápidamente y siempre de forma profesional.

Pude conseguir un apartamento muy agradable en Easthampton que es alquilado y mantenido por Kendrick Management Co. No tengo más que críticas favorables para Kendrick; sin embargo, cuando miré el apartamento tuve que pasar por Robinson Reality. El agente pasó 10 minutos con nosotros y cobró $ 850 solo para presentar la solicitud. Le pedí que pospusiera el cobro de mi cheque (su extorsión) durante un mes, ya que era noviembre y con las vacaciones de Navidad ... No tenía previsto mudarme hasta el primero de enero.
Ella no solo cobró mi cheque, sino que nunca respondió a mi petición de decencia.
No solo pagué los $ 850 sino también $ 175 en cargos por excedente de mi banco.
Todas las inquietudes y preguntas que he tenido desde que viví aquí han sido abordadas y respondidas por Kendrick, de manera rápida, respetuosa y con excelentes resultados.
Estoy completamente satisfecho con Kendrick.

¡Mantente alejado! Si pudiera darle a la gerencia cero estrellas, lo haría. Se aprovecharon de mi hija universitaria. Alquilaron una casa que tenía un moho horrible (hicimos una prueba de aire y una prueba de hisopo). Pintaron SOBRE el molde y afirmaron que lo arreglaron. Luego se negaron a reembolsarle el alquiler que le debían por los meses que no pudo vivir allí mientras arreglaban el problema porque "Nos dijo que no planeaba mudarse allí hasta agosto". La mudamos a un apartamento mucho mejor y MÁS SEGURO en Amherst. Esta empresa es sospechosa y no debería estar en el negocio.
