REVISIÓN ORIGINAL:
Mi arquitecto ordenó unas patas para un tocador que estamos construyendo para mi suegra, quien recientemente fue trasladada a una silla de ruedas motorizada más alta. Por eso, habíamos solicitado un cambio por unas patas de muebles más altas.

KE le dijo que el pedido estaba fuera de la política de cambio de 21 días (por un par de semanas) y que no cambiarían los artículos.

Entiendo que las empresas deben tener políticas vigentes, pero también estoy al tanto de muchas empresas que están dispuestas a hacer excepciones (especialmente en este caso, cuando se trata de un intercambio por un artículo muy similar) y KE no es una de esas. Nuevamente, sé que estamos pidiendo una excepción, pero parece una solicitud razonable.

También parece que se han negado a responder a una segunda consulta, por lo que es obvio que no están demasiado preocupados por el negocio de devolución.

Hay demasiados minoristas con mejores políticas y atención al cliente como para arriesgarse a usar KE Hardware.

Encontré algunas patas de muebles. Tuve que pagar un alto costo de envío pero no fue un problema. Las piernas no coincidían, así que tuve que enviarlas de regreso. Insisten en cobrar una tarifa de reposición del 20%. Así que pago $ 14 para que me los envíen, gasto otros $ 14 para devolverlos, y estos cabrones codiciosos quieren quedarse con otros $ 14. NO DESPERDICIES TU DINERO.

Tuve la experiencia opuesta a la de otros críticos. En primer lugar, tenían exactamente las características que necesitaba en patas de acero inoxidable, diferentes alturas y diferentes ajustes, todo muy bien explicado en su sitio web.

Se enviaron rápidamente y los precios me parecieron bastante razonables. Compré diferentes tipos, muchos de ellos.

El carpintero cometió algunos errores y tuvimos cambios, envíos adicionales, etc. KE Hardware fue MUY flexible y complaciente, no puedo imaginar un mejor servicio al cliente.
